The University of Minnesota Master of Science in Security Technologies (MSST) focuses on training aspiring experts to shape tomorrow’s cyber, physical and virtual security systems. The MSST degree program includes concentrations in cybersecurity, all 16 critical infrastructures, and applies a real-world approach to addressing emerging threats and risks. Our graduates are equipped with the skills to address a broad spectrum of security issues, including aging infrastructure, natural disasters, critical networks and systems, and threats of terrorism, disease and crime.
