    Security Expert Michael Rozin Responds to National Conversation on Guns in Schools

    In the aftermath of the Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida, gun safety is again at the forefront of national conversation -- this time with some arguing for arming teachers and other educational staff with firearms in schools. TLI faculty member Michael Rozin spoke with reporters about this controversial issue. Rozin is a security expert who has worked on a wide range of security projects, including the 2018 Super Bowl. Rozin teaches in the Master of Science in Security Technologies program.

    2018 International Residency Takes Students on Ride Through Asia's Diverse Economy, Culture

    For two weeks every January, our second-year M.S. in Management of Technology (MOT) students take their learning outside of the classroom — outside of the country, to be exact. This year, they traveled to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Shanghai, China, where they participated in lectures and discussions from business and government leaders as well as academics. We asked a couple second-year MOT students to share their personal experience and take away from the 2018 IMTP experience in Vietnam and China. Check out what they have to say.
