    TLI Fellow Honored by FBI for Saving Woman from Attacker

    TLI Fellow Andrew Borene -- a cyber security consultant, attorney and former Marine officer -- was recently honored by the FBI and received the "Director's Award for Exceptional Service in the Public Interest." In March, Borene rescued a woman who was being beaten by a man in the Washington area. Borene is a former executive with Recon Robotics and the founding executive director of Robotics Alley. He's also a chairman of the Cyber Security Summit, on which several TLI faculty and alumni serve along with other industry and academic experts.
